Industrial Illusions operates as a live auction–based Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card business primarily through the Whatnot platform. By participating in any live auction or completing a purchase associated with Industrial Illusions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Live Auctions & Final Sales
All sales conducted through live auctions are final. Bids placed during live streams are binding and cannot be canceled, reversed, or retracted once an auction has concluded. We ask all buyers to bid responsibly and ensure they are comfortable with their purchase before placing a bid.
Product Presentation & Authenticity
Items are presented live to provide transparency regarding condition, appearance, and contents. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions during the stream prior to bidding. Unless otherwise stated, all official Yu-Gi-Oh! products are authentic Konami-produced items. Any custom or fan-made items are clearly disclosed as unofficial and are sold strictly for personal collection or display purposes.
Shipping & Handling Responsibility
Industrial Illusions takes pride in professional handling and secure packaging. All orders are packed appropriately and shipped within a reasonable and timely timeframe. We accept responsibility for delays or issues that arise due to our own handling or processing of an order. Once a package has been transferred to and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit time, delays, or mishandling rests with the carrier.
Carrier Delays & USPS Disclaimer
Industrial Illusions is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by USPS or any third-party shipping provider. While delivery estimates may be provided, they are not guaranteed. We will always provide tracking information when available and assist buyers in locating shipment status.
Buyer Information Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Industrial Illusions is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the buyer.
Platform Terms
All purchases made through Whatnot are subject to Whatnot’s terms of service and buyer protection policies. In the event of a dispute, platform guidelines may apply in addition to the terms stated here.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of live auctions, collectible items, and sealed products, all sales are considered final. No Returns. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances once a product has been opened, used, or removed from its original condition. Opening or handling collectible items immediately diminishes their market value and, in some cases, results in a financial loss to the seller that cannot be recovered.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Industrial Illusions. While all sales are typically final, refunds may be considered in limited situations involving seller error or exceptional circumstances. Carrier-related issues are excluded.
